Gwunnies Shipping Policy

At Gwunnies, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible! We offer different shipping options depending on your location and the products you purchase.

Shipping for Amazon-Listed Products

For products listed on Amazon, we use Amazon FBA for fast and reliable fulfillment in the following regions:

• USA: Orders are shipped via Amazon’s fulfillment network and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
• Australia: Orders are fulfilled through Amazon AU and usually arrive within 2–7 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery times are determined by Amazon at checkout based on your selected shipping option.

Shipping for Exclusive Australia-Only Products

For products not sold on Amazon (exclusive to our Australian store), we ship directly from our 3PL provider using Australia Post or other local courier services.

• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
  • Peak shipping delays within holiday periods are subject to the local couriers T's & C's

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Order Tracking

• For Amazon orders, tracking details will be provided via Amazon once your order ships.
• For Australia-exclusive products, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the USA and Australia. We hope to expand our shipping regions soon!
